Jackson, Miss. – Ten individuals will appear in federal court today at 2:30 pm before U.S. Magistrate Judge Keith Ball on various drug charges as the result of an extensive investigation targeting illegal narcotics distribution in the City of Jackson, dubbed “Operation Paperchase”, announced U.S. Attorney Gregory K. Davis, Jimmy S. Fox III, Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration New Orleans Field Division, and FBI Special Agent in Charge Daniel McMullen.

Booker Tarvin, 35, of Jackson, is charged with possession with intent to distribute more than 500
grams of cocaine and crack. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 240 years in prison and a
$15 million fine.

Willie James Williams, a/k/a Big Bug, a/k/a Chill, 34, of Jackson, is charged with possession with
intent to distribute cocaine. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 40 years prison and a
$5 million fine.

Aundra Mason, a/k/a “Gray Head”, 36, of Jackson, is charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 60 years prison and a $6 million fine.

Willie Earl Culley, 51, of Jackson, is charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 80 years in prison and a $7 million fine.

Warwick Demuntrel Mikell, 34, of Jackson, is charged with possession with intent to distribute more
than 500 grams of cocaine. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 80 years in prison and a
$7 million fine.

Shamika Yavon Fulford, 35, of Jackson, is charged with possession with intent to distribute more
than 500 grams of cocaine. If convicted, she faces a maximum penalty of 80 years in prison and a
$7 million fine.

Tiffany Kyser, 42, of Jackson, is charged with possession with intent to distribute more than 500
grams of cocaine. If convicted, she faces a maximum penalty of 80 years in prison and a $7 million
fine.

Kevin Deshun Redd, 37, of Jackson, is charged with possession with intent to distribute more than
500 grams of cocaine and crack. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 100 years in prison
and an $8 million fine.

Fredrick Darnel Ford, 38, of Jackson, is charged with possession with intent to distribute more
than 500 grams of cocaine and crack. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 60 years in
prison and a $6 million fine.

Keith Dewayne Taylor, 30, of Jackson, is charged with possession with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 60 years in prison and a $6 million fine.

The defendants were arrested on Tuesday, September 18. Approximately $40,000 in United States Currency and a firearm were seized as a result of the arrests.

This case was investigated by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Group and the Federal Bureau of Investigation with assistance from the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, U.S. Marshal Service, Jackson Police Department and Hinds County Sheriff’s Department.

A criminal indictment is a formal charge against a defendant. Under the law, that charge is merely
an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
